Delivery options

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £60

• UK - Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours - £3.95
• Europe - 3/5 working days - £12.50
  
• Rest of world - Royal mail tracked 10 to 12 days - £26.00

We aim to post all garments the next working day at the latest. If you need a garment posting sooner, please state this within your order and we will do our best to meet your requirement. Please note the 48 hours stated in the postage, is the time taken for Royal Mail delivery. Time taken from placing the order to receiving your item will be approximately 72 hours. 

Returns

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use. None of these affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund, this must be done within 28 days of receiving the garment. We'll give you a full refund for the garment, however due to being a small business we will not be able to refund the postage cost.

Should you wish to refund an item email hello@foxandlottie.co.uk stating your order number and reason for refund. Postage of the item back to Fox and Lottie will be at your own expense. 

Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
